I chose this book because I am acquainted with Adam Hommey, of the Business Creators Institute, one of the contributors. These millennial authors have only guiding and inspiring stories of their journey to success at many levels and facets.
I found each author to be encouraging…these millennial business leaders have got their ‘stuff’ together much more than the media would have you think. Their journeys were difficult in every case. They dug in and dug their way through to their success. Each grew and observed that growth as the days past.
Each person writing knew where things might have gone off the tracks. They were all candid and clear about the changes they made in THEMSELVES, not blaming the rest of the world. That element of maturity was one of the most encouraging and rewarding pieces I could take away from reading this book.
Because there are 21 separate journeys, each being vastly different from the others, you can read and savor the stories of the path to success at the speed you need to take care of business as you go through your days. I highly recommend reading to savor and to use these experiences in your evaluation of the other people who are making their journeys around you. Take their lessons and apply them to your experience in the future no matter what your ‘maturity label’ may be. You can, at any age or stage of life, take the reins of your future in your own hands and find your journey to success.
As with other Journeys to Success, you can’t go wrong having this book on your shelf for inspiring reference.
